Lamentations
March
March is often the month leading up to Easter. The season of Lent is the 40 days leading up to Easter. It is a time of mourning and reflecting on sin and our need for a Savior, Jesus!
As I was praying about what book of the Bible to study this month, Lamentations came to mind. It is a sad book of the Bible about consequences from Israel's disobedience. It will be tough to re-read multiple times during March, but it will also get you excited for April and the hope of Easter and the resurrection.
